Its cold-forged aluminium body features a PFAS-free ceramic non-stick coating and a patented radiant stainless steel base designed for even heat distribution. With a 4.3 L capacity and 28 cm diameter, it is suitable for browning, braising, slow cooking and preparing larger meals. It works on induction, gas, ceramic and electric cooktops and can be used in the oven up to 250°C. The pan includes ergonomic AISI 304 stainless steel side handles and a tempered glass lid with a stainless steel rim and steam vent. Dishwasher safe and made in Italy.
