These terms of sale apply to every order placed on the ByLaFamille website by a customer (you). By placing an order, you accept these terms without reservation.

2. Products
ByLaFamille sells home appliances from major European brands. Product photos and descriptions are provided for information; ByLaFamille strives to ensure their accuracy but cannot guarantee that they are entirely free of errors.
3. Orders
An order placed on the website is an offer to purchase, subject to confirmation by our team. ByLaFamille reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or fraud is suspected.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in Algerian dinars (DZD), inclusive of all taxes. Payment is made on delivery, unless otherwise specified when ordering.
5. Delivery
ByLaFamille delivers to the 69 wilayas of Algeria. Stated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on location and product availability. Customers must provide an accurate address and telephone number for delivery.
6. Withdrawal and returns
Customers may refuse an order at delivery if the product does not match their order or has an apparent defect. For any complaint after delivery, contact our customer service promptly through our contact page.
7. Warranty
Products sold by ByLaFamille benefit, where applicable, from the manufacturer warranty for the relevant brand. Any manufacturing defect must be reported to our customer service.
8. Liability
ByLaFamille cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper use of sold products or events outside its control, such as force majeure or delivery delays caused by a third-party carrier.
